I signed away our ownership of our home today… Bryan wasn’t even here for it because we weren’t planning to close on the house this early. He is still stuck in Utah fretting over all of this.
This is the house we brought two of our babies home to. The house where we planted our first garden. The house that produced tons of fruit in the yard and made me learn how to can stuff. The house that we learned how to fix bit by bit for the last 6 1/2 years. The house we have painted from top to bottom, inside and outside. The house we taught preschool to our kids in. On the street where two of our boys have learned to ride bikes. In the neighborhood with some of our best friends. The house we have called our home. Yep, I am kind of sad about that. I hope Killian, the woman who is buying our house, has some good experiences here. It is a good place to be.
The movers come tomorrow. This is an ending with a beginning right around the corner.

I know exactly how you feel. TAKE PICTURES and WRITE IN YOUR JOURNAL! Those were wonderful, wonderful days. You're right--it's an ending with a beginning right around the corner. We're thinking of you!!
