This is the cake that started it all. The Camp-out cake. Notice the campfire.
It has a rock ring to help contain the fire, Pretzel logs, gumdrop flames, and real flames too on the candles! The dirt was very convincing for the boys. Isaac kept asking if it was real dirt and why would I put that on a cake?! He was very happy to find out it was crushed cookie. VERY HAPPY. The sun shone exceptionally bright the day of the party and baked the rice crispy treat trees in the half hour that the cake sat out with the blinds open. The poor trees almost couldn't be eaten because they got so hard! ... See my Tabblo>
