I have that exact same toy...also unaware of how it all worked when we bought it for Carley a couple of Christmases ago. We also got the cat one for lauren. You give the cat a drink with a bottle and then you squeeze the cat on it's litter box (complete with real sand that clumps when it gets wet) and the pee comes out. I've got to say, it really does keep the kids entertained for a really long time. come on over if you ever want to play with them.
