Hey, you have our same realtor!! I thought she was good. We had our first offer in 5 or 6 weeks and the second (the one we accepted) in about 7. The Mullens used her, too, and theirs sold in 6. Anyway, cute house! :) Best of luck! It really IS a great location, school, neighborhood, etc.
